Submit an opt-out
Use the Data Request form and select the sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out request type. You may also call 503-558-8700 or write to 19759 SE Sunnyside Rd, Damascus, OR 97089.
What happens next
We may request limited information to identify the relevant record or browser. We will not ask for a password. The opt-out applies prospectively and does not require deletion of information that we may lawfully retain.
Authorized agents
Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification from the consumer.
Browser signals
Where legally required, recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control will be honored for the browser or device sending the signal when relevant tracking functionality is enabled.
